As a Manufacturing Staff (Makloon Staff) at Kapal Api Global, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the production line. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels for raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods, ensuring that there is always enough stock to meet production needs while minimizing waste.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory levels for raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods using SAP MM (Material Management) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy.
• Work with suppliers to place orders for raw materials and packing materials, and monitor delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that production processes are running smoothly and that all products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure that all products are delivered on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide training and support to new employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with SAP MM (Material Management) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
