📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries by following recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Assist in stock control and inventory management.,Prepare and present pastries for special events and promotions.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.,Assist in the development and testing of new recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Assistant Pastry Chef.,Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
