EMBER Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Assistant Security Guard to join our team in Jepara. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and employees. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor security systems and respond to alarms and alerts,Patrol designated areas to prevent and deter crime,Conduct regular security checks and inspections,Escort visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate personnel,Maintain security records and reports,Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures,Enforce security policies and procedures,Provide general assistance to security officers as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma,Minimum 1 year of experience in security or related field,Familiarity with security systems and equipment,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a team and independently,Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks,Valid security guard certification or equivalent,Ability to work evening, night, and weekend shifts
