Zone Gold Pratama is seeking a dedicated and efficient Cashier to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience.,Manage cash drawer and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of the shift.,Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a restaurant or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and financial software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good mathematical skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
