Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance and facilities management team, ensuring the seamless operation of our properties.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Manage budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective solutions for property maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols.
• Coordinate with property managers, contractors, and maintenance teams to address issues promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance and facilities management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance and facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance and facilities teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Certifications in maintenance management or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with property management software, such as SAP or ServiceMax, is a plus.
