📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist seniors with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Engage in social activities and outings to promote social interaction and community involvement.
- Monitor and report on the health and well-being of residents, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment that respects the dignity and individuality of all residents.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including documentation and communication with families and healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the senior care industry.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Experience with activity planning and social engagement programs for seniors.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine interest in the well-being of others.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in senior care, such as CareNotes or similar systems.
- Ability to lift and move residents as needed, with attention to their safety and comfort.
