We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Tuban, Jawa Timur. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor store performance and sales targets, and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Manage store budget and expenses, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are of high quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure that all products are properly labeled and displayed.,Participate in inventory audits and other quality control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role, preferably in the agricultural or coffee industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales tracking systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
