📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations is a plus.
