PT Dinamika Media is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition, and managing the fleet's operations. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for managing and coordinating vehicle fleets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, working with external vendors as needed.,Monitor and manage fuel consumption and costs, ensuring the company is operating within budget.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.,Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures related to vehicle use and maintenance.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Knowledge of fleet management software and best practices.,Valid driver's license and experience driving a variety of vehicles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
