📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities.
• Maintain and enhance the landscaping of our properties, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-maintained.
• Implement and monitor pest control measures to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in housekeeping, landscaping, and pest control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, landscaping, or pest control.
• Knowledge of using cleaning equipment and tools such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and steam cleaners.
• Experience with landscaping tools and techniques, including lawn mowing, trimming, and gardening.
• Understanding of pest control methods and the ability to use pesticides safely and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
