📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HRIS management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in HRIS or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
