In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
