📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
• Oversee employee engagement and performance management programs.
• Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Provide HR consulting and advisory services to business units.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.
• Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
