📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and plan civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and public infrastructure.
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure that construction meets technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and construction teams.
  • Manage and optimize project resources, including materials, labor, and equipment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site inspections and meetings.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
