HALO Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to schedule and complete vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.,Track vehicle usage and mileage, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Manage the fleet budget and ensure all expenses are accurately recorded and reported.,Provide exceptional customer service to fleet users, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including maintenance, repairs, and fuel usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
