In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design relevant programs to address them.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective learning and development initiatives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certification in learning and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
