MOMENTUM Pratama is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Security professional to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a proven track record of implementing effective security measures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company assets and personnel.,Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential threats.,Oversee the daily operations of the security team, including personnel management and training.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with legal requirements.,Investigate and respond to security incidents, including breaches and thefts.,Maintain and update security systems and equipment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Provide security training to employees and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related role.,Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with security technology and equipment.,Valid security license or certification is a plus.
