Resto Elsa Cafe & Coffee is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies that drive revenue growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that all financial targets are met, and that the restaurant is operated in a cost-effective manner.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work with suppliers to ensure that we have the ingredients and supplies we need to operate efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and management.,A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure that they are followed.,Experience with inventory management and supply chain coordination.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales data.,A passion for the food and beverage industry, and a desire to deliver exceptional service to customers.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
