📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, pies, and breads, to meet customer demands and restaurant specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Assist in menu development and innovation.,Train and mentor junior staff in pastry techniques.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in pastry making and baking.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
