📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with social media and online recruitment platforms.
