Resto Intan Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate training and development programs.
  • Oversee payroll processing and administration.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
