📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company as a recruiter.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
