📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management and scheduling.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards and provide excellent customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of food safety and health regulations.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
