WS Audiology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Development Engineer to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality standards and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment to improve product quality and efficiency.,Conduct process validation and optimization to meet regulatory requirements and customer specifications.,Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians in process development and improvement activities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve process-related issues and challenges.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in process development.,Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in process development and mechanical operations, with a strong background in manufacturing processes.,In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and familiarity with regulatory requirements in the medical device industry.,Proficient in using process simulation and optimization tools, such as CAD, CAM, and CAE software.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
