Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for metalwork and construction projects.,Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress and identify any potential issues.,Prepare detailed progress reports and financial statements for stakeholders.,Coordinate with project teams to resolve any discrepancies in project costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide guidance and support to junior Quantity Surveyors and project teams.,Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on cost-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a strong focus on metalwork and construction projects.,Proven track record of managing projects within budget and on schedule.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.,Proficiency in using Quantity Surveying software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid Indonesian work permit and ability to work in Bali.
