📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students, addressing their emotional, academic, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individual support plans tailored to each student's unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic student development.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and activities to promote student well-being and engagement.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure the effectiveness of support services.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school environment that values diversity and individual differences.
  • Stay updated with best practices in student care and counseling, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to enhance student support systems.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in student counseling, education, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Knowledge of local education systems and cultural contexts in Bali.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid certification or license in counseling or education is a plus.
