🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a business analysis or retail analytics role
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
• Strong understanding of retail operations and e-commerce platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CBA) is a plus
