📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation programs for individuals with physical, mental, or emotional disabilities.
• Lead a team of rehabilitation professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and community leaders to develop and execute rehabilitation strategies.
• Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing rehabilitation services.
• Represent the Rehabilitation Field in meetings with stakeholders and government officials.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes healing and recovery.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the field of rehabilitation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in rehabilitation services, preferably in a government or non-profit setting.
• Proven leadership experience in managing a team of rehabilitation professionals.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and community leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
