In this role, you'll be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to our employees, including medical assessments, treatments, and referrals. You'll also be involved in health education and promotion activities, helping to create a culture of wellness within our organization. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our HR team to develop and implement health and safety policies, and participate in emergency response planning.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide primary healthcare services to employees, including medical assessments, treatments, and referrals.
• Administer vaccinations, manage chronic conditions, and provide basic first aid.
• Conduct health screenings and wellness programs to promote a healthy work environment.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement health and safety policies.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner.
• Provide health education and support to employees, addressing their healthcare needs and concerns.
• Promote a culture of wellness within the organization, encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate healthcare setting.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
