As our IT Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technology operations across our expansive facilities in Cisarua, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our IT systems, including network management, software support, and hardware maintenance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of IT systems, including network management, software support, and hardware maintenance.
• Implement and manage IT security measures to protect our data and systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support to staff and ensure that all IT needs are met.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage and train IT staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems support the overall goals of the organization.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that our IT infrastructure is always up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT supervision or a similar role.
• Proven experience with network management, software support, and hardware maintenance.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
• Experience with project management and budgeting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus.
